Behind the film · A note from Chris
First, a wedding.
Then, a music video.
And a friendship.
I first met Britt when I photographed his wedding. That was the beginning of a connection that would take us from a wedding celebration to a completely different kind of shoot.
In 2008, I made his music video. We traded wedding-day moments for music, performance, and the fun of creating something together. Along the way, we became friends.
Revisiting this film brings back more than the shoot. It reminds me why I love picking up a camera: the people you meet, the trust you build, and the stories that keep going long after the cameras stop.
